-8 weeks of workouts, full body, gym required.
-5 days a week.
-Workout split : glutes and hamstrings, back and biceps, shoulders, quads and calves, and chest and triceps.
-Can be saved to your phone ( I recommend the app “Books” ) or printed out. I also recommend downloading the YouTube app for easier transition.
-Must have access to a barbell, smith machine, dumbbells, plates, leg press machine, assisted pull up machine, cables, hamstring curl machine, leg extension machine, leg press, adductor, abductor, bench, pull down machine, chest press machine, row machine, t-bar, and lower back extension.
-The bottom of each weekly page will have a link with an attached video that demonstrates how I perform every exercise.
