-Must have access to a barbell, smith machine, dumbbells, plates, leg press machine, assisted pull up machine, cables, hamstring curl machine, leg extension machine, leg press, adductor, abductor, bench, and bosu ball.
-The bottom of each weekly page will have a link with an attached video that demonstrates how I perform every exercise.
