"I honestly am not sure where to begin. My fiancé has always been someone who loves to workout, but I had really lost my drive. This plan brought me back. I went from begging him to not make me go to the gym to looking forward to each workout and how much of a challenge it may be. I can say honestly I didn’t lose a ton of weight, but my body has changed so much. I have way more energy, I feel amazing, and my whole body is so much tighter. I went from being a gym wanderer to feeling confident and loving every day of being at the gym. I can’t thank you enough for making me feel good about myself again and for making my fiancé get over his plateau as well. We have already restarted the plan again and are trying to be better with our diet in round 2. It’s definitely a lifestyle change, but your plan has helped us so much. We’re so much happier in all aspects of our life and we can enjoy being at the gym together instead of dreading going. I can’t say it wasn’t hard and that I didn’t want to not do it on certain days but at the end we were so proud for not missing a day and feeling so good about ourselves. Thank you again!”

"When I sick in august at 250lbs I knew I needed to do something to avoid it happening again. I missed my babys FIRST birthday. I literally just cried especially when the doctors told me "this may have been avoided if you were watching what you were putting into your body" I changed my eating habits and from august to january I had lost 60 lbs. I knew I wanted to do more and be strong not just skinny. I saw Kinsey post a at home workout she was coming out with and I knew I wouldnt have an excuse anymore not to work out. I got my weights and started. What started as "I cant possibly focus on myself for longer than 30 minutes, my kids need me" quickly turned into "I need this 1.5 hours for myself everyday to stay sane" I started going to the gym and doing the work outs there because I wanted to focus on myself! Here I am going from 185 to 169 in 8 weeks but I AM STRONG! I quickly realized the number on the scale wasnt my victory though. It was realizing I could enjoy the gym. I could focus on myself and not always be in "mom mode" and mostly I realized I'm worth more than what i was giving myself credit for. Kinsey made this at home workout for absolutely ANYONE! busy moms, college students, or just someone who the gym just isnt for them (that was me at first). I cant thank Kinsey enough for the help and knowledge she gave me over the last 8 weeks. Not just for working out but also with my nutrition. Thank you so much kinsey again!"

"The fit from home workout plan is extremely beneficial and worthwhile. Prior to buying this plan, I was not confident in my full body workouts, which often resulted in just doing cardio. This plan allowed me to feel more confident in myself and my abilities along the way. I truly recommend it to anyone who feels they have areas of weakness, along with people who don’t feel confident in themselves when at the gym. Each day only takes around 45 minutes plus cardio, so it is completely do-able and easy to fit into a busy schedule. It is overall a great plan!"
