-4 weeks of workouts, repeated twice.

-Two leg days, a push day (chest, triceps, and shoulders), and pull day (back and biceps).
-Can be saved to your phone ( I recommend the “Books” app) or printed out. I also recommend downloading the YouTube app for easier transition.
-Must have 1 pair of dumbbells and a resistance band with handles or long loop resistance band.
-The bottom of each weekly page will have a link with an attached video that demonstrates how I perform every exercise.
